She was so sweet, and had such a welcoming energy. She explained the plan so well to us and helped us understand what we were signing up for. I appreciate her uplifting personality! Definitely made our day! Would recommend her to anyone!!

I feel like I finally met a rep that was respectful and patient and really knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all 93 of my questions

Thanks to this company I now have the ability to help create a more sustainable environment by using a cleaner source of power and I couldn’t be more excited. I did not know it even came with a fixed rate that even helped me with having more control over the supply portion of my bill so there was no way I could pass up! Love the mission

This mpower rep did a good job of listening to concerns I had about the service and how it affects my bill. He clarified that I would only be billed by my utility and there would be no additional fees or contracts for going green and went as far as also showing me how the fixed rate would also work for my bill through a green pamphlet he left me as well. Quality customer service 10/10

I am looking forward to the results of switching from dirty energy to clean energy. The process to sign up was not time consuming and comprehensible, thank you to the great explanation and assistance. It was free to enroll and free to cancel at anytime.

Highly respectable business. I love the price protection and how knowledgeable my agent was. The rates for my utilities were sky high and after I enrolled, I have had more control and sustainability on my bills. HIGH RECOMMENDABLE TO EVERYONE
